Join Professor Edward Queen, Director of the D. Abbott Turner Program in Ethics and Servant Leadership at Emory University’s Center for Ethics, for a discussion of the current social-political situation in Israel.

What Kind of a Jewish Name is Smith?
Join Rabbi Gottfried for a discussion of the history of Jews changing their names in America. Using selections from Dara Horn’s book of essays, People Love Dead Jews: Reports from a Haunted Present, we will grapple with questions of Jewish identity and assimilation, as well as discrimination against Jews in the 20th century and today.
