Congregation Etz Chaim hosts Ron Segev, a Nova Festival Survivor, who will speak about his experience during the Nova Festival.

Everything changed on October 7, 2023. Ron, his brother and a number of friends were attending the Nova Music Festival. They experienced the explosions, gunshots and terrifying screams which replaced the sounds of music and happiness, and running for their lives. Ron and his brother repeatedly skirted life and death, barely escaping the onslaught of terrorists, witnessing death all around them. 
39 year-old Ron Segev lives in Tel Aviv, and has shared his testimony around the world including the Nova Exhibition and is an Ambassador for the Tribe of Nova Foundation, which is a dedicated non-profit organization providing critical psychological, emotional, social, and welfare support to Nova Survivors.
