Liat Tzionov, a Bukharian Jew from Uzbekistan, joins us to teach us about Bukharian food and culture. She will make two Uzbek salads for participants to enjoy, while sharing stories about her family and tradition. She will also bring some cultural items for folks to explore and learn more.

 

$10 per person covers the cost of ingredients. You can pay by credit/debit card below. If you would rather pay with cash or a check, email Cindy (cindylivingston@kolemeth.net) to add you to the check-in list, and pay at the door. You do not need to fill out the form unless using a credit/debit card.
