Mi Shebeirach Submission Form

Mi Shebeirach

Comforting words can be said on behalf of those who are ill. When friends or loved ones are struggling with physical, emotional or spiritual challenges, this prayer speaks to our desire for their healing.
The renewal of body, the renewal of spirit, and let us say, Amen.

One of the central Jewish prayers for those who are ill or recovering from illness or accidents is the Mi Shebeirach. The prayer takes its name from two words: “Mi” and “Shebeirach” meaning, “the One who blessed.” It asks that the One who blessed our ancestors bring about a complete healing for a person who is ill.

We encourage our TKE community to submit names for healing and recovery for individuals that are a direct family member or have permission from the family to do so. Please let the individual and family know that the entire Temple Kol Emeth community is praying for them.

If you need further assistance, please contact the Temple Kol Emeth office at 770-973-3533. Thank you.
