Rabbi Judith Beiner, JF&CS Community Chaplain, will guide us in a conversation about how to visit members of our community during difficult times.  We’ll learn about what Judaism has to say about the value of Bikur Cholim (Visiting the Sick) and discuss best practices for in-home and health facilities visits.  We'll also discuss the customs around Shiva calls and how to support those who are going through a loss of a loved one. The goal of the evening is learning how to make a caring and impactful connection with those in our community who are in need.
