TIKKUN OLAM OPPORTUNITY: RECYCLE USED ELECTRONICS

In the spirit of Tikkun Olam, repairing and improving the world, the TKE Men’s Club is accepting donations of old, outdated, or otherwise unwanted electronics.  These items will be collected by our recycling partner, Data Delete Recycle of Metro Atlanta, who donates back a portion or their proceeds to Men’s Club to use for our service projects at TKE and in the community.

Most electronics and electrical items are accepted at no charge; these items are disassembled, separated, and reused to make other useful products.  Recycling of larger TVs or cathode ray tube units require a fee of $25 - $40; this fee pays for the removal of harmful chemicals and heavy metals by trained personnel. Our recycling partner, Data Delete Recycle of Metro Atlanta, provides secure data destruction and electronics recycling of computer and technology equipment.
