TIKKUN OLAM OPPORTUNITY: RECYCLE USED ELECTRONICS

In the spirit of Tikkun Olam, repairing and improving the world, the TKE Men’s Club is accepting donations of old, outdated, or unwanted electronics.  Our recycling partner will collect these items, Prime Asset Recovery, and donate a portion of their proceeds to the Men’s Club for our service projects at TKE and in the community.

Most electronics and electrical items are accepted at no charge; these items are disassembled, separated, and reused to make other useful products.  Recycling TVs or computer monitors requires a fee of $25; this fee pays for the removal of harmful chemicals and heavy metals by trained personnel. Hard Drive destruction is $10. Our recycling partner, Prime Asset Recovery, provides secure data destruction and electronics recycling of computer and technology equipment.
