Misloach Manot--2012 Purim Buckets

Purim is a celebration, a time to rejoice in our Jewish heritage and to enjoy ourselves with family, friends and community.  Along with listening to the Purim story and celebrating, one of the mitzvot (good deeds) associated with Purim is to give Mishloach Manot, gifts of food, to those in your community.

TKE-WRJ is bringing back the Misloach Manot project--giving of gifts of food at Purim.

For just $3 each, you can send Purim greetings to members of the TKE community. Make Purim special for fellow congregants, faculty and staff, clergy and lay leaders. Each recipient receives a bucket filled with Southern goodies and a letter showing the names of each individual or family who sent them a greeting.

A bucket of treats and warm greetings from other community members, a Purim mitzvah fulfilled, and a way to support the ongoing works of TKE-WRJ for our community--a great way to celebrate.

To participate, simply log in to HappyPurim.com with your Personal Login Code. Need your code? Email TKEWRJPurim@kolemeth.net. Each family who receives a greeting will get one bucket with goodies inside, along with a personalized letter that lists all of the other TKE friends and family who are sending that family Purim Greetings. Families/individuals must receive at least one greeting from someone in the community to receive that bucket.

Orders for Greetings must be placed by Sunday, March 4, 2012. Purim Buckets will be available for pickup at TKE during Purim weekend, March 9-11, 2012.
